Job Description

Our client requires an efficient, self-motivated Nordic-speaking ( Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish ) Contract Administrators.

Key responsibilities include dealing with customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction in an accurate and timely manner.

Due to the nature of the role and the clients that you will be dealing with, you must be able to communicate effectively in English - and in:

Finnish - or - Norwegian - or - Swedish - or - Danish.


Responsibilities / Job duties:

- Credit control duties
- Accounts Receivable duties, Cash Allocation, Reconciliation ( on a rota )
- To ensure the billing process adheres to company procedures and customer requirements.
- Run monthly statements process and sent to clients
- Customer call handling to resolve queries and customer issues regarding invoices/payments due.
- To administer the credit and re-bill process having gained appropriate approval.
- To support the team leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met.


Qualifications / Experienced Required

-Minimum of one year's experience in an Finance - Accounting office environment
-Numerate and literate
-PC literate with good Excel
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to accurately process data within given timescales
-Excellent attention to detail is a must
-Outstanding prioritising skills to make decisions within their given remit and escalate where required
-Must be an effective and confident communicator (written and verbal)
