THE JOB:

You will be representing an international fashion retailer whose global success has been driven due to its creativity and close links with its customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

- Are able to engage with customers who expect top quality and professional customer service.
- Are driven by delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Willing to work shift work on a rolling basis ( over 7 days and from 7 am - 10 pm )


JOB DUTIES:

- Deliver first-class, professional telephone inbound and outbound customer service.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of products in order to understand customer needs.
- Responsible for retaining customers through positive customer relationship building.
- Diffuse irate customer situations with your strong listening skills and probing techniques.
- Take ownership of customers’ concerns to a solution.
- Ensuring ownership is taken and promises made are delivered against


YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

- Swedish - fluent C1/C2 ( speak / read / write )
- English - fluent C1/C2 ( speak / read / write )

- Strong customer service skills in a call center setting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written )
- Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar.
- Strong typing (min 40 wpm)
- Excellent general IT and internet skills.
- Organisational and coordinating skills
- The ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
