Job Description


Key job duties:

- Be the first point of contact for any customers
- Answer any incoming calls from customers related to their invoices, contract, and account.
- Resolve or log queries on the inhouse system
- Liaise with other departments to get customer queries resolved in a timely manner.
- Various administration duties such as raise manual credits and invoices
- Work closely with the Credit Control department to resolve queries relating to invoice matters.

Skills / Experience:

- Danish - fluent C1/C2 (written / spoken / read)
- English - excellent C1/C2 ( written / spoken / read )

- Outstanding communication skills (spoken /written)
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Able to handle conflict and can in a professional and calm manner handle upset/angry customers.
- Eye for detail and highly organized
- Team worker and fast learner
- Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines is essential.


This is a demanding role - so previous experience handling B2B customers is vital.
It requires the coordination of several departments to provide effective delivery of service to the customers.

You must have been granted pre-settled or settled status to work in the UK.
