Customer Service Representative / Account Executive
The Role:
Customer Service Representatives demonstrate initiative in advising and providing solutions.
You will be introducing customers to new products and exceeding their needs and expectations.
You will be the company’s representative to the customers.
Candidate Profile:
Motivated and positive, with an eye for detail.
Have excellent written, numeracy and organisational skills.
Able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering first-class results to your customers.
Have previous office-based customer service experience ( B2B or B2C )
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills within this role via the excellent training provided.
Skills/Experience required:
Native Swedish
Fluent English

£28,500 - £32.000 ( d.o.e ) + Excellent benefits
