Senior level business development - complex services.


The Person:

Bilingual (English + Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) graduate. Specifically Law, Economics, STEM or Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of success in IT or Services sales.


The Rewards:

Dependent on experience and career achievements.
Basic salary in the range of £60,000 - £80,000 + bonus + uncapped commission.

As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to be based in their Surrey office on a Hybrid basis.

The Job

Identify, engage and sign on new customers
Be able to confidently present value-added products and services
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to develop sales
Participate in marketing activities to promote both products and services

Your profile

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in law, economics, marketing, or engineering
2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, in services or technology
Strong analytical skills and a disciplined approach to completing tasks
Adept at working with a diverse set of colleagues and customers
Experience with Salesforce.com or any other CRM is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in any Nordic language.
