Credit Controller - Nordic

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Job Description

We are searching for a Nordic-speaking person to join an established Credit Control team.
Someone able to quickly pick up new systems and processes and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

You will be:
Responsible for the sales ledger function
Responsible for debt collections
Provide accurate billing information.
Processing manual billing adjustments
Working with the Customer Service team and customers to resolve invoice queries and disputes.
Resolving customer enquiries.

The Candidate:
Essential experience and requirements:

Previous credit control/debt collection experience
High level of oral and written communication
Fluent in English and a Nordic language ( Norwegian, Swedish or Danish )
Excellent numeracy skills
Proficient data entry and processing skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Highly organised team player
Intermediate MS Excel

The Package:
£28,000 - £30.000 per annum
