Job Description


We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of customers meeting their day-to-day requirements
Take responsibility for customer loyalty within the remit of the role
Reassure customers, educate and train them in best practice
Take responsibility for account retention within the remit of the role
Resolve problems efficiently with minimum impact on the customer
Able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Proven ability to gather, interpret, and act on information
Strong business acumen


SKILLS REQUIRED:

B2B Account Manager experience
B2B Customer support experience
Strong customer focus
Excellent building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Able to take responsibility
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Responsive and quick to learn and update knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills - ideally experience in Excel and Access

LANGUAGES:

Fluent in English

Fluency in a Nordic language ( Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish ) or another European language is a bonus.
