Job Description


You need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills (oral/written).

You will:

* Ensure resolution of customer queries of billings according to company procedures.
* Deal with any queries and/or complaints in an accurate and timely manner.
* Process any administrative amendments.
* Process any processes for billings and credits as per approval.
* Support and work with colleagues and team manager towards departments targets and objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Fluent in Swedish - OR - Norwegian - OR - Danish fluent ( speak, read, write )
- Fluent in English ( speak, read, write )

- PC literate with good knowledge of Excel
- Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Numerate and literate

- Effective communicator (speak/write)
- Excellent attention, able to prioritise and highly organised
- Ability to accurately process data within given timescales

- Min. one year's experience in an office environment ( ideally from a similar role )
- Education to include good grades in both English & Maths ( A-level / GCSE or equivalent )


HOURS

Office hours, Monday to Friday ( no evenings and no weekends)
Hybrid might be an option following the successful completion of the probation period
For home working, you need a quiet, dedicated working space with fixed-line broadband.
