Job Description

The Job:

• Proactively service and support clients
• Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems
• Assist with CRM and testing
• Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
• Analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications required:

Norwegian, Swedish or Danish - C1/C2 level ( speak / read / write )
English - C1/C2 level ( speak / read / write )
Degree level education ( Bachelor degree or higher )

Excellent keyboard and general IT / computer skills
Outstanding communication skills ( verbal / written )
Ability and experience to patiently de-escalate calls
Solid problem-solving ability
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to multi-task work
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience working with business clients ( B-2-B )

The Customer Service Associate is a full-time position dedicated to providing best in class customer service to our clients
Assisting with internal administrative functions of the Customer Service Team.
The Customer Service Associate serves as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and support, and day-to-day processes.
You are a self-starter, able to work as part of a team, and willing to assist with all of the day-to-day operations of the department.
